What's the best way to populate my knowledge base?
There are a few ways to populate your knowledge base. For ChatGPT users, you can directly create Question Answer pairs using our Custom GPT. For ease of use, using AI create will easily take text blocks and convert them into question/answers. For other use cases, contact [email protected] and we can help onboard.
Is my AI data secure?
Our main AI provider is OpenAI GPT-4o. We store embeddings in a vector database with multi-tenancy isolation turned on to ensure sensitive data is entirely isolated.
We want total data isolation, how can you accomodate?
For higher security requests, we can provide a single tenant infrastructure for certain circumstances.
I want a copy of my knowledge base, is there an export?
We currently don't have an export feature but it is on the short term roadmap. Email us at [email protected] and we can send you your exported knowledge base in CSV format.
I also want my team on OctoIQ. Can OctoIQ do this?
OctoIQ was built with teams in mind. For this early version we are starting off with single user accounts until team features get implemented.
